Operations :&nbsp; - Updating Client Reports based on Fund Accounting Vendor reports, New client enrolment, account master set up - Review client Funds &amp; Setting up Transaction Limit for Trades - Preparation Order Sheet and Ensuring execution of Orders - Preparation of bifurcation of Trades Sheet and reporting to Custodian / Fund accounting vendor. KYC &amp; Client Services :&nbsp; - Co-ordinating with clients for Initial account opening checklist and following up same. - Reviewing the details collected from client and forward to ORBIS team for account opening pack. Preparing the PMS document pack and send the Demat &amp; PMS kit to client for signatures. - Reviewing the signed forms from client and co-ordinate with ORBIS team for account opening. - Ensuring monthly reports duly verified and send timely. Also uploading reports on web portal. Accounts &amp; MIS :&nbsp; - Preparation of data for month end reports to clients and SEBI - Reconciliation of various reports by Fund accounting vendor. - Reconciliation of Invoices towards payment to vendor. - Client Ledger Confirmation and Service Tax Invoice raise on monthly basis Audit &amp; Compliance :&nbsp; - Liaison with Back-office Software vendor and update necessary changes / modification in system for smooth working and additional report required by our client - Preparation Of Data For Internal Audit
