About the Company :

Equiconnect is an exciting startup to be built around heave equipment platform in e-commerce space. The platform shall aim to challenge and disrupt the existing practices and focus on value maximization for all stakeholders.

Equiconnect has been founded by an experienced senior professional with 15+ year of experience in several functions and industries with a strong and proven track record of working with several investors in a fast changing dynamic situation as well as first hand experience of equity raising and P&L responsibility.

The business concept has already been demonstrated successfully and the startup intends to reap benefit of first mover advantage and aims to capture disproportionate market share in the this large and untapped segment. Several customers and suppliers has already been tied up and the formal launch is just a couple of months away.

The startup is initially planned to be bootstrapped and advanced stage of discussion are on with several large investors for next round of funding. On offer will be challenging and fun work environment with immense growth opportunities.

Profile/Responsibilities :

We are looking for a young and dynamic Co-Founder & CTO who has has diverse experience in the tech domain. The person will build the tech team as the company grows. The person should be willing to role up his sleeves and dive into code. This is more of a hands-on role especially in the initial stages of the company.

Skills & Experience :

General Requirements :

- Self-starter with dynamic personality, seeking a professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential

- Strong analytical skills with strong problem solving abilities

- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

- Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Technical Skills/Qualifications :

- Good understanding of complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Strong Data Structures & Algorithms

- Hands-on full-stack development experience

- Good coding experience in Core Java is required

- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science from top colleges Stanford/MIT/IIT/NIT

Remuneration :

In initial stage, equity with minimal cash shall be offered. On receipt of next round of funding, the compensation shall be commensurate with the capabilities and delivery. As co-founder, the incumbent is expected to lead tech domain and deliver cutting edge solutions in sync with the needs of the startup.
