Interface with the client and internal Epsilon technology delivery teams in a functional leadership role, to support the design and delivery of medium to large-scale loyalty solution. 2. What You'll Need Experience - Requires 10+ years of related experience1. 4 to 6 years of client facing consulting experience identifying client's business challenges and technologies to understand their business needs. Knowledge & Skills - Independently led discovery sessions and workshop with clients, multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams. - Confident to lead effective client meetings, negotiate deliverables, and drive successful outcomes - Able to clearly communicate and articulate, both written and verbally, detailed specifications (e.g., Business requirement document, Functional Specification document. Context models, Domain Models, Gap Analysis, Process flows, Requirement traceability, Data Mapping etc.) - Able to develop and maintain relationships within the organization and/or with external partners, and understand the unique needs of each partnership - Able to properly interpret customer needs, and translate into understandable written requirements - Excellent knowledge of the industry Technical Requirements - Experience within, and understanding of, all phases of the SDLC is required (Iterative Development models and non-iterative models) - Understanding of Relational Database Management Systems is preferred - Understanding of data warehouse and data mart concepts is a plus - Working knowledge of project management methodologies and creation of defined artifacts - Subject matter expertise in products and services, within areas of domain experience. a.
