What you'll do at Epsilon :

- Responsible for a product through the product life cycle from the definition to delivery

- Create and maintain the product backlog. Manage continuously shifting business priorities and resolve conflicts

- Help teams with elaboration of Epics, Themes and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint

- Work closely with product management and development teams to review defects and enhancement requests

- Convey the vision and goals at the beginning of every release and sprint, including use cases, product requirements and high-level wire frames to support UX design, technology development and operations support

- Partner with key stakeholders to understand client needs and identify solutions to meet those needs

- Build consensus among stakeholders and partner with technology team to deliver high quality experiences

- Advise stakeholders on options, risks and aligning of priorities

- Actively participate in scrum meetings such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, standup, demos, and retrospectives

- Perform user story sign-off

- Provide direction for testing of new functionality

- Coordinate with other product owners on overall product roadmap and global prioritization

- Facilitate adoption and implementation of new functionality through training and demos

- Mentor other team members

What you'll need :

- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or related field/MCA/M.Tech (No correspondence courses)

- 9+ years of experience in mainstream software development with at least 4 years Business Analysis experience

- Significant experience in Agile practices

- Good experience in working with geographically and culturally diverse teams

- Experience in working with Matrix organizations

- Good understanding of Product Lifecycle Management

- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to articulate complex issues concisely

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize competing demands, be versatile and action-oriented

- Leadership, relationship-building and influencing skills to drive agendas across a number of teams

- Ability to functionally decompose complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions and present recommended solutions to all levels of the organization

- Demonstrated self-starter with good judgment and resourcefulness

- Preferable to have prior experience with enterprise product development in MS technologies like .Net, MVC, Angular JS, Web APIs, database

- Preferable to have prior experience as Product Owner in digital marketing product or platform with a solid understanding of users, the market place, the competition and future trends in CRM and Marketing
