EPIKInDiFi - Presales Technical Consultant (4-8 yrs)

As a presales technical consultant, you will work in tandem with the Direct Sales Team, Product Development, and Professional Services to provide and demonstrate customized environments to help address APAC prospect scenarios during the sales process. This position will report to the Sales Head based in Sydney, Australia.


- Build rapport with the Sales team and Product Engineering team

- Understand demonstration environment implementation to understand what functionality prospects may be asking

- Attend onsite prospect demonstrations and POC exercises to understand prospect needs


- Contribute and/or lead prospect specific inquiries/scoping projects around implementation, our Support models, technical configuration, security and/or data integration

- Perform detailed analysis of technical requirements during sales cycle

- Demonstrate implementing our software platform including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups within a client demonstration environment

- Demonstrate creating our software platform custom objects, fields and editing page layouts within a demonstration environment

- Demonstrate creating Workflow and Approval Processes within the demonstration environment

- Create dashboards and reports to represent prospect specific

- Lead training webinars for internal staff to explain recent release functionality, demonstration environment configuration, and behavior

- Maintain training materials for new hires to help get them up to speed on the internal demonstration environment

- Collaborate with other members of pre-sales to understand the prospect's technical requirements and specific needs based on demonstrations and conversations

- Obtain and maintain our software platform certifications


- Hands-on experience in tech sales, presales, someone who is planning to move from tech domain to sales, presales, management domain.

- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time

- Very strong hands-on administration and/or implementation skills

- Proficient in demonstrating administrative tasks such as creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks, and Events

- Experience designing Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Approval Processes for automated alerts, field updates, and Email generation according to application requirements

- Strong research, analytical and creative problem-solving skills

- Highly professional with strong communication skills especially in solving complex credit-related challenges in the financial services industry

- Multi-lingual with English preferred


- Knowledge of banking and financial services domain.

- Data management skills, including advanced Excel and presentation skills
