Tracking success with metrics and data is core to your own success. You will : a. Work with a small team of leaders obsessed about talent, data and candidate experience b. Partner with business to implement a recruitment marketing plan to attract high quality applicants. c. Continuously evaluate and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. d. Analyze the talent market and develop path breaking strategies that don- t over index on compensation but team talent, culture & learning opportunities e. Fine tune interviewing & selection approaches to speed up closures and joining. f. Build a healthy talent pipeline to engage and nurture for future conversions. g. Swift seamlessly between high volumes and quality of applications. h. Maintain success metrics and ROI on recruiting.
