Epicenter - Assistant Manager/Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA (3-7 yrs)
- Able to create Financial Plan and Annual budget, implement budget initiatives and ensure adverse variances are reported in time and controlled.
- Monthly project-wise P&L
- Weekly Profitability discussions with comments about developments and corrective actions
- Weekly Revenue Dashboard
- Quarterly evaluation of low margin projects and corrective actions
- Timely submission of MIS to Board, CEO and Core Team
- Ability to write insightful comments on developments and suggest course of action
- Create excel sheets with good visual effect and meaningful content
- Create power point presentations with accurate data, eye catching visuals and insightful comments
- Automate data capture and data flow in the FPNA process
- Strong excel modelling skills with clear and easily understandable flow of information, ratios, formulae, and visually appealing and easy to understand arrangement of information.
- Strong Power Point presentation skills showing Excellent Data, Visual effects, insightful comments, and Cohesive Theme
- Strong Analytical and Research skills
- Excellent communication skills, with clear and easily understandable flow of information, ratios, formulae, and visually appealing and easy to understand arrangement of information.
- Able to Improve efficiency, effectiveness & quality of the finance team output to provide fast & factual reporting
- Should be a qualified CA
