ePaylater - Manager - Human Resource (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated HR manager to build and oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes within the organization. You would be instrumental in giving shape to policies that promote the core values of the organization and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, talent management and employee welfare.

Your responsibilities would include:

- Designing and implementing the end to end HR policies that promote a healthy work environment

- Managing the recruitment and selection process and also shaping our employer brand strategy

- Nurturing a positive working environment that allows for constant development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

- Developing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

- Assessing the training needs to design, apply and monitor training programs

- Managing the Compensation & Benefit Administration

- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management

- Managing the day to day employee related matters including leaves, attendance, payroll, grievances etc

The ideal candidate must have:

- A masters degree in human resource management or business administration

- 2-4 years of experience in multiple areas of human resource management

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills
