Responsibilities - Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets - Researching the needs of Financial Institutions and identifying decision-makers - Contacting and proposing potential business deals, discovering and exploring opportunities - Screening potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; - Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events - Identifying, negotiating & managing strategic relationships with potential client. Prepare business presentations, proposal & showcase company capabilities to prospective clients - Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. - Analyze the client's requirements & discuss with specific team managers, be a point of contact between client & team - Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads - Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics - Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new markets - Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. - Build referral and lead generation network Requirements - Excellent communication skills (written and oral) - Skilled in negotiation - Problem-solving skills
