- Planning, budgeting and implementing effective processes and standards in coordination with senior management - Supervise operations teams in customer acquisition, settlements and reconciliations - Ensure support to the operations teams in terms of training, systems etc for smooth functioning of the operations processes - Ensure support to on-ground customer acquisition teams in terms of training, handling objections etc - Improve processes to reduce TAT - Handle cost budgets and optimize processes for least cost per activation - Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors - Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols - Overseeing compliance with regulations - Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed - Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution - Help analytics teams with setting up appropriate monitoring and data analytics for enhancing efficiency in the operations process
