Exp : 4 - 6 Years

Job Description:

1.Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly Payroll/CTC reimbursements - India/ Expats

2.Ensure timely and accurate month end closure of Payroll Module (including Accounting & Reconciliation, Month on month Variance Analysis)

3.Ensure correct deduction of TDS, Support in accurate preparation & timely filing of 24Q

4.Facilitate Investment declarations, Investment proofs and accurate tax deductions on perquisites

5.Organize New Hire Orientation (NHO) as per Companies policies/Latest Tax Laws etc.

6.Ensure timely processing of statutory dues- PF/ESIC/PT/ESIC/LWF and Labor compliance requirements

7.Coordinate with Actuary for Actuarial Valuation of Leave/ Gratuity etc.

8.Compute and provide Monthly Accruals related to Bonus/ Actuarial to GL team

9.Establish & manage Gratuity Trust /NPS, Annual Trust Accounts & Audits

10.Ensure processing/payment of F&F/hold salary as per defined TAT/KPIs

11.Ensure monthly reconciliations-Payroll -GL recon/hold salary etc.

12.Proactively address employees queries /grievances related to Payroll/ reimbursement/ Insurances and closure of open tickets as per defined TAT

13.Ensure timely exit formalities of separated employees

14.Develop, maintain and regular monitoring of various Trackers-F&F, Queries etc.

15.Release weekly /Monthly Dashboards /exceptions reports/ performance score cards/adhoc MIS .

16.Create payroll processes/SOP with periodic tracking & review, Introduce Best Practices

17.Establish various Controls/compliances in payroll process and regular tracking of the same.

18.Ensure preparation of Quarterly audit schedules and manage Internal /Statutory audit/ICoFR controls related to Payroll process.

Specifications :

- Graduate/post graduate with CA(I)/CMA/MBA years of experience

- Strong Payroll knowledge

- Strong team handling skill (at least 3-4 years)

- Strong Inter Personal Skill

- Strong Communication (Verbal/Written Skills)

- Should have handled payroll of 400-800 employees
