Must Have Skills:
- Strong understanding and experience of software development; Java/MS.Net/Big Data/ E-Commerce/React.JS, Node.JS/Mobile background is a must
- Excellent communication, presentation, and development skills
- Exceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Around 5 years of experience working in a Product Development Environment
- 6+ years' project management experience with end-to-end delivery
- Strong experience of executing projects in Agile Methodology.
- Understanding of technical architecture, CI/ CD and Engineering / Coding best practices (with tools used in the projects)
- Strong people Management skills
- Understanding and Involvement in Account/ Project P&L , Revenue, Margin etc
