Job Summary:

Epack Prefab is seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Head to lead our Prefab and PUFF Sales division across India. This senior leadership role requires extensive experience in sales and business development within the prefab or related construction/building materials industry, with a strong technical understanding of products like Insulated Panels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving national sales strategy, managing key relationships, and achieving significant revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

- Pan India Sales Leadership: Ability to effectively handle and lead sales operations across PAN India, developing and executing strategies tailored to different regional markets.

- Sales & Business Development: Drive core sales activities, focusing on expanding market share and identifying new business opportunities across various sectors.

- Technical & Commercial Expertise: Oversee the preparation and management of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client requirements.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage proactively with key industry stakeholders including consultants, architects, contractors, and industry leaders to build relationships and drive business development.

- Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct compelling meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively introduce Epack Prefab's Prefab and Insulated Panel products and solutions to potential clients and partners.

- Vendor Registration: Secure vendor registrations with major firms, ensuring Epack Prefab is established as an approved and preferred supplier.

- Lead Generation Management: Manage comprehensive lead generation activities through various channels including networking, referrals, CRM systems like Zoho, online leads, and proactive outreach efforts.

- Sales Process Management: Align and guide the sales team on effectively following up on inquiries, efficiently processing Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and providing timely and competitive quotations.

- Market Presence & Networking: Attend key industry events and exhibitions to expand market presence, network with potential clients, and stay abreast of market developments.

- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to gather insights, refine sales strategies, and identify market gaps or opportunities.

- Reporting & Communication: Support the sales team in providing regular, accurate sales inquiry reports, insights from in-person meetings and online interactions, and clear updates to line managers, the leadership team, and management.

- Sectoral Business Development: Actively develop new business opportunities in key application sectors such as cold storage, solar, warehousing, industrial applications, and other relevant areas.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the national sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimum of 18-20 years of progressive experience in Sales and Business Development, preferably within the Prefabricated Structures, Insulated Panels, PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), or a closely related building materials/construction industry.

- Proven track record of handling Pan India sales responsibilities and achieving significant sales growth.

- Strong technical understanding of prefab construction, insulated panels, or similar engineered products.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders (clients, consultants, architects, contractors).

- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing a sales team.

- Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to conduct market and competitor analysis.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems (like Zoho) for sales tracking and reporting is an advantage.
