The Analyst will be expected to : - Carry out extensive industry/company research and target data required for identification and assessment of possible investment banking mandates - Perform quantitative analysis, including helping the team in building financial models - Prepare management meeting notes, investment memos, and deal presentations - Assist in preparation of deal collaterals Skills and Qualifications : - 6 months of relevant experience is preferred - Management / Commerce / Economics Graduate from a reputed institute - Strong work ethics - Strong logical and analytic ability - Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills - Hands-on experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Ability to work effectively with a mix of long & short term deadlines - Candidates pursuing CFA will be given preference (Undergrads preferred) About the firm : Eos Capital Advisors is a New Delhi headquartered Investment Banking and Advisory firm engaged in providing Capital Syndication services (Private Equity as well as Debt), M&A, and Restructuring Advisory and Corporate Finance solutions to leading corporates and emerging entrepreneurs.
