Lead Generation Specialist


Employment Type: Permanent


Reporting to: Managing Director


Department: Sales/Marketing


Working hours: 40 hours


Location: On-Site


- EON Reality, the world leader in XR technology for knowledge transfer, is looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with 3-5 years experience in the field to drive the generation of qualified sales leads for our global business.


- The employee will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and nurturing new business leads into qualified sales opportunities for the business development team.


- The employee will be working closely with the marketing team to assist with the delivery of successful lead generation campaigns through targeted digital strategies.


Primary Responsibilities:


- Achieve monthly targets of qualified leads for the global business development team


- Develop and execute short and long term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads


- Utilize and potentially administer , the company's in-house CRM system


- Create, activate, and manage end-to-end demand generation programs and campaigns


- Discuss and produce KPI reports on lead generation activity performance


- Understand EON Reality's products and customers to maximize lead conversion


- Leverage marketing automation and lead management tools to streamline tasks


- Identify new marketing channel strategies and tactics to encourage business growth


Necessary Qualifications:


- Strong knowledge of lead generation tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Skrapp, ZoomInfo, and Cirrus Insight.


- 3-5 years experience in lead generation for technology companies


- Self-motivated and focused on driving results in a proactive manner


- Strong communication skills for all levels


- Deep understanding of enterprise and education sales cycles and buyers journeys


- Adept at prioritizing own workload and remaining organized while meeting deadlines


- Confident user of the MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook


- Experience in evolving marketing programs based on account intelligence, performance data, ground level feedback from sales and understanding of the business


- Knowledge of campaign tools such as digital media, content syndication, 3rd party lead referral, review channels, email marketing, direct mail, etc.


- Able and willing to work on a global schedule when necessary


Desired:


- Experience in sales or marketing for educational, enterprise, and government sectors


- Salesforce Administrator experience


- Leadership qualities to demonstrate for less experienced marketing professionals


- Experience developing co-marketing demand generation programs with partner companies


- Strong written and numerical skills, particularly for copywriting and report presentations


- Digital marketing experience including social media, PPC, SEO, and more
