Role Summary:

What We Look For In This Role

- Experience of 4-8 years in lateral hiring for various businesses.

- Hands on experience in end to end recruitment.

- Experience in candidate assessment and management.

- Ability to understand and handle multiple businesses / domains

- Understanding of recruitment process & systems.

- Ability to solve challenging hiring situations through market data & intelligence.

- Exposure to Campus hiring would be an advantage


- Post Graduation in Human Resources from Reputed Institutes is a must


- Partner with business to understand the hiring needs. Discuss and agree on the skill requirement and timelines.

- Conduct market mapping for critical positions, develop competitive intelligence on key talent availability.

- Influence candidates & stakeholders through detailed understanding of the organization.

- Ensure process adherence and compliance.

- Manage the selection process to ensure best candidate experience.

- Offer Management

- Candidate engagement, post offer to ensure seamless onboarding.

- Contribute to the various Talent acquisition programs.

- Build & maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market search.


4 to 8 years of experience.

A self-starter, comfortable working within large international teams as well as independently and take initiatives to keep up with the latest technology and industry trends.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to work under tight timelines on the hiring for multiple businesses

- Willingness and ability to travel to meet business needs


- Passion, Empathy, Focus & Going that Extra Mile to achieve outstanding & Definitive Outcomes is a must at Enzen.

- In addition to the qualification & Exposure, we look at the following skills to be an Enzenite :

- Ability to work, lead & synergize the team and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
