Role : Senior Analysts

Roles & Responsibilities :

- We are looking for a strong, independent, and innovative thinker, this role is constituted to work across functions within the Organization.

- You will be working directly with the Senior Management Team to help accomplish special assignments.

- You'll be responsible for identifying the key constraints, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions and driving implementation in different types of projects. Own and deliver strategic projects which are structural and long term in nature for the company.

Types of projects :

External :

- These projects help bring outside in perspective into the strategic planning of the company. Some of these include, but not limited to:

- Competitive strategy

- Performing extensive primary and secondary research to build a detailed understanding of the target market, industry, company, or opportunity

- Maintaining a keen awareness of industry trends and emerging players

- Successful Monetization models across the country

- Identifying and evaluating potential acquisitions

Internal : These projects help bring outside perspective to solving difficult problems that exist within different functional units in the company.

This will involve :

- Developing internal controls and processes

- Design information systems to arrive at data-driven decisions.

- Assisting in fundraising

- Attracting senior leadership

What are we looking for ?

- Experience in similar roles will be great

- Preferably candidates with MBA (Premier Institutes) / CA degree

- Outstanding leadership and organisational skills

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- Superior problem-solving and project management skills.
