Role: Manager- Corporate Finance

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a strong, independent, and innovative thinker for our Corporate Finance Team. This role is constituted to work across functions. The role will be working directly with the Senior Management Team to help accomplish special assignments. This role will be responsible for identifying the key constraints, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions and driving implementation in different types of engagements.

Responsible for:

- Financial Modelling

- Investor Relations

- MIS reporting

- FP&A

- Managing all relevant Stakeholders

- Experience in IPO related Financial Reporting and regulatory would be preferred

- Assisting in fund raising

- Attracting senior leadership

What are we looking for?

- Experience in similar roles will be great

- CA degree with minimum 8 years of work experience

- Outstanding leadership and organisational skills

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- Superior problem-solving and project management skills
