Role Summary:

- Enzen is looking for a ambitious Infrastructure professional, with a strong understanding of strategy, planning and design, looking for a new challenge, playing a key role within a wider architecture function of circa 25 persons, delivering a wide a range of new technologies across a large enterprise environment

- The role is full time based in London, UK and will report into Enzen's Head of Architecure. The role involves taking end to end accountability for supporting a high availability cloud based infrastructure supporting 6000+ users as part an ongoing multiyear IT Managed Services program for a large utility customer in the UK.

- The position requires a strong infrastructure, security and technical architecture background with demonstrable experience of having planned, designed and managed an critical infrastructure estate of similar size and topology in the past

- The candidate should have about 14- 16 years of overall relevant experience specializing in the areas of technology architecture,security and elements of infrastructure architecture based both at client site and offshore.

- As a infrastructure architect you will be the go to person on all matters security, technology and IT Infrastructure for the customer both in advisory and support capacity

- The role expects hands on practitioner lead approach to managing network, storage and technology on the cloud Extensive collaboration with a large delivery partner and group of vendors delivering various IT services with Enzen being the final accountable delivery partner.

Responsibilities:

- Overall responsible for planning, design and support of clients IT Infrastructure

- Regular interaction and effective collaboration with the customers architecture team, involvement in the architecture design process for solutions and services being the single point contact for all technology related decision making

- Represent Enzen and lead from front in all architecture and solution governance and other related meetings as needed

- Ensure high availability, reliability and security of the network as per agreed service terms and conditions

- Propose and participate in initiatives for overall performance management of the estate based on vendor and industry best pratices

- Maintain the Knowledge Repository for Architecture & Design documentation relating to the current service

- Work closely with technology vendors and service partners responsible for service desk, desktop support

- Attend the Architecture Review Board or equivalent on behalf of the Enzen

- Able to advise the CIO office on emerging trends such as devops and cybersecurity best practices

- Responsible for customer Engagement and delight to highest levels of customer satisfaction ( CSR 4/5) - Proactive and regular interactions with CIO and team.

Partner and Vendor Management - Effectively collaborate and manage the partner ecosystem

Qualification:

- Bachelor or Master's degree in technology and/or management from a reputed institute

- Certificates relevant to the role ( Ex: TOGAF)

Desired Experience

- Ownership and accountability - Proactive in nature, owns the problem till resolved

- Good understanding of Microsoft Azure technology stack

- Practical knowledge of cybersecurity practices - do's and donts, best practices and recommendations

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver meaningful presentations to senior customers

- Passionate team player/leader, able to motivate and manage culturally diverse team to success

- Vendor, Partner Management - Managing a team of delivery partners and technology vendors with end accountability, Vendor performance management

- Experience of large scale infrastructure transformation programs

- Familiarity to CNI (Critical National Infrastructure) and experience in managing CNI.
