Role: HR Manager

We are a looking for a Human Resource Manager who will leading and driving the HR function at Enzen Global Solutions, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Policies - Vision, Value, and Branding

- Develop organisational processes and policies that are in line with best practices

- Align the organization's practices as per the statutory and applicable compliances.

- Communicate HR policies across various programs from time to time.

- Review of policies periodically, bringing in changes in consultation with the leadership, thereby ensuring employee retention and satisfaction

- Partner with senior leadership on building a value-based performance driven culture, vision, and alignment within the organization

Performance Management

- Drive the Performance Management system in alignment with organization needs. Explore systems and platforms to make the process more effective and efficient

- Coordinate and ensure leaders/ Managers develop/finalize Individual KRAs/Goals and ensure that they are in line with the organisation's goals.

- Ensure Performance Reviews are done by managers on a periodic basis and address gaps if any.

- Ensure Training needs get captured during the process, thereby addressing the business / organizational needs

Employee Development

- Work closely with the Leadership Team to evaluate and strengthen talent management practices

- Drive Career Path / Ladder for employee development and retention

- Recognize performers and look at various reward programs to be implemented.

- Planning and Implementing different forums/events in line with the Organization's needs

- Handle grievances, counsel employees and take timely actions as and when required.

Person Specification

Experience And Skills:

- MBA in Human Resources from a Tier 1 Campus is a must

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in handling the HR function

- Takes ownership, Demonstrated ability to build excellent relationship with people

- Excellent written and verbal communication and capability to relate and interact with multicultural teams
