What are we looking for :

Water domain experts preferably from Water Treatment/ Automation/Plants/ Chemical & Controls,having handled Sales & Business Development, Providing Solutions to Customers, Been there Done it.

Qualification & Expertise :

- Alumnus of a premium institute

- Domain expertise in the Water Sector

- Min of 10+ yrs in Sales & Business Development, Commercial Solutions, Automation, Scada

- Sales & Revenue

- Proven track record in the chosen area of expertise.

- Strong and effective communication skills

- Should effectively penetrate into Government, Public Sector, Hospitality, Industrial sector etc.,

- Demonstrate ROI to Customers

- Should have handled P&L of Min 100 Mn

- Ability to make Creative Business Proposals

- Commercially Astute

- Talent to navigate through uncertainty and ambiguity.
