Roles & Responsibilities:

Management Reporting : 

- Steer key organization/ strategic transformation/ initiatives

- Report, Recommend, address existing/ potential challenges

- Prepare /review presentations

Strategy : 

- Review / analyze strategies for the business

- Review, analyze and advise on strategic business process modelling/ trace ability/ management techniques etc.,

Market Intelligence : 

- Market intelligence/analyze strategic market insights.

Analysis : 

- Analysis of data for forcasting / budgeting etc.,

- Financial modelling, scenario analysis, valuation etc.,

- Insights on key business drivers for decision making.

Budgeting & Forecasting : 

- The Annual business plan for the Organization

- Monitor monthly performance and Variance Analysis

Education & Experience :

- Post graduate from Premium B-School

- Min 4 years of experience in a similar role

Essential skills:

- A self-starter, comfortable working within large international teams as well as independently; and take initiative to keep up with the latest technology and industry trends to bring the latest insights and thought leadership to the table.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to work under tight timelines

- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally to meet client needs
