Role Summary :

Enzen is looking for a senior architect to lead the design and development of a SaaS based platform.This role will be accountable for the lifecyle phases ( business requirements, architecture, design and implementation) of Enzen's flag ship utility platform initiative. The role will be the single point contact for all product engineering and platform decisions and will be responsible to deliver the product to a high quality under a strict budget and tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Overall product architecture and design

- Determine choice of most feasible and sustainable technology stack to develop the product using a SaaS model

- Define the product roadmap starting with a mimimum viable product

- Prepare plan, budget and teaming required to deliver the product to time, cost and quality

- Prepare entry exit criteria for product acceptance

- Understand the requirements, its business viabilities and develop solution governance, solution frameworks, design principles.

- Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability

- Work with stakeholders to specify, design and select best-of-breed systems that deliver great value to the end customer.

- Determine the gaps between requirements and the proposed solution functionalities and define workable solutions to bridge the gaps

- Design the solutions in detail with the help from the consultants and business

- Lead in designing, specifying and selecting Business system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.

- Plan the closure of the solutions and see through the implementation of the Solutions

- Maintain an awareness of business solutions particularly in the areas of Internet Communication, data acquisition and data integration that supports the Business Unit Mission

- Understand and support to software architecture design and support development team in developing solutions

- Estimate cost, and prepare business cases for IT solutions, considering the infrastructure, licenses, development and support

- Work with Business Analysts, architects and developers to develop high level project schedule resource plans for implementation projects.

- Supervise Business Analyst in the capture and analysis of requirements

Education :

- B.E / B.Tech - Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunication

- Certification : Enterprise Architecture (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman)

Experience :

- Atleast 5 years as a product architect/solution architect SaaS responsible for all phases of product lifecyle in a lead role

- Desired to have designed and implemented SaaS based platform for a Power/Gas utility business solutions - covering all major front and back office business functions

- Strong on modelling, integration and latest UX skills

- Demonstrable experience of ownership of business requirements and delivering a high quality platform meeting the business requirements over a complex connected, secure infrastructure

- Hands on knowledge and experience of deploying solutions using open source technology

- Extensive API driven design and development experience

- Able to adopt industry best practices into architecture and design
