Enzen - Country Head (20-30 yrs)

Role Summary:

The Country Head will provide the vision, leadership, strategy and general management skills necessary to grow Enzen into a dominant player in a specific country. A high calibre leader, with radical thinking capabilities, the Country Head will be the chief steward of Enzen in a specific country and will ensure will ensure that the organization has a leading position in the public marketplace. The role will involve developing strategic partnerships in the industry to drive growth in a specific country, ensuring that country revenue and profit goals are achieved while enhancing the organization's overall cash flow, keeping the human factor in perspective. A prudent manager and an inspiring leader with a business mind-set and the ability to see the - big picture- in a variety of settings, s/he will oversee and control all strategic and business aspects of Enzen in a specific country. In addition to running an effective and efficient organization, the Country Head will also address emerging issues that impact the future direction of the organization - a high performance, innovative and results-driven organization.

Key responsibilties:

- Develop high quality short and long-term business strategies and plans, specific to a country, in alignment with the overall strategy and mission of Enzen to promote revenue, profitability and growth as a Group.

- Formulate and maintain an effective and innovative organizational structure based on achieving performance objectives that reflect the industry and market requirements in a specific country. Prescribe the authority and delegate responsibilities to the senior management team and develops an annual list of performance objectives.

- Develop, review and refine Enzen's business strategy, and lead execution of that strategy to produce desired results and obtain a leading position in the marketplace in a specific country.

- Promote collaborative cooperation and establish lasting relationship with Global and Business Heads in a specific country. Guide the teams and enable game changing process improvements through creative, architect innovative solutions to customer problems. Ensure they are fully informed of progress towards strategic objectives

- Develop an annual budget prepared in the context of Enzen's strategic plan in a specific country. Ensure the use of an effective financial performance measurement system, proper internal audits, financial management and record-keeping and administrative systems to ensure efficient utilization of Enzen's financial resources within the country objectives, policies, plans and budgets.

- Responsible for the acquisition and most effective allocation of the organization's fiscal, human and physical resources. The incumbent ensures that control, monitoring and performance standards and mechanisms are in place, relative to the utilization of all corporate resources.

- Support top management to satisfy consumer needs, develop and nurture new and existing customers, partnerships, strategic alliances, and other market opportunities

- Ensure geographic expansion, revenue growth targets are achieved in a responsible and profitable manner; both organically and through successful completion of mergers and acquisitions

- Be a custodian of the organizational culture and work with the Chief Culture Officer to lead the strategy for consistently building, reinforcing, and safeguarding our culture

- Provide an environment that facilitates all BUs to achieve their top & bottom line objectives. Identify opportunities and propose new methods of improving existing operations with a focus on bottom-line results. The incumbent fosters the search for new approaches to conducting business in an environment, which provides the resources and communication flow.

- Be the primary spokesperson for Enzen in all interactions with the press, and the public markets in the specified country. Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with the media, industry representatives, government organizations and communities, including national and international stakeholders. Responsible for building relationships and credibility with outside investors to provide necessary resources to fund and grow the organization.

- Keep abreast of the business and economic climate in which the company and its stakeholders operate. The incumbent prepares the organization to meet the challenges presented by new trends and developments in the market. Utilize a business orientation and marketing demeanour in order to bring concepts, services and cooperative business models to the specified marketplace.

- Assure country stability through development, implementation and regular evaluation of standards and controls, systems and procedures. Exercise influence and persuasion in the face of divergent objectives and may be called upon to communicate negative or unpopular decisions. Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the organization's legality and business ethics.

- Analyze various management reports as a whole and for the specified country within Enzen. Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements. Ensure impact evaluation of the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting, reporting and audit. Develop performance measurements and ensure these metrics are achieved.

Education

- MBA/ Post Graduate Management Degree

Experience

- 15-17 years of experience in aggressively responsible with 3+ years in an active role in CXO roles, preferably in energy industry
