Yodlee is looking for a passionate, dynamic and visionary Engineering leader who should be technical and will be responsible for building world-class innovative industry-leading online banking solutions.

Brief Description :

The Sr. Director of Engineering will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of managers, architects, program managers and principal engineers to build shared services for Yodlee's platform which is the foundation for every Yodlee product. This person will be closely working with the product owners and other engineering teams to directly deliver business results.

Responsibilities :

Primary responsibility includes :

- Building a World-class Engineering Team and inculcate culture of innovation

- High Quality of time delivery and in budget

- Manage/handle multiple critical projects

- Maintaining good and influential relationship with peers

- Communication with management, peers, and business

- Drive the software engineering standards and best practices across organization

- Implementation and adoption of DevOps across the organization

- Drive non-functional requirements

- Part of India management team

Skillset and Qualifications :

1. Technical Skills :

- Hands-on past experience in developing and owning core framework and shared services for large-scale platforms especially in the financial services industry

- Technical Expertise in web-based development using Java, JEE, Node.js, SOA, RDBMS, NoSQL, messaging & notifications and Frameworks like Spring, Hibernate etc..

- Experience with and ability to understand complex technical systems and architecture.

- Experience with execution and delivering release objectives in a variety of methodologies including agile methodologies such as Scrum and Test-driven development

- Experience delivering the product with high QoS (Non-functional requirements)

- Experience with DevOps culture

- Aware of latest technology trends

2. Soft Skills :

- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and a strong leader

- Strong written and oral communication and persuasion skills

- Strong business, project management, and operational skills

- Outstanding quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail

- Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization including senior management, business, partners, and vendors

Education: BE / MS in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience: 15+ years of Software Engineering experience including 6+ years managing large (30+ people) international teams developing large scale applications.
