Job Description

- On-site technical delivery manager

- Handle customer relationship, guide and prepare roadmap for continuing support of SAP systems and migration to S/4

- Manage onsite SAP team of 5+ members comprising both technical and functional consultants

- Recruit new talent, coach and mentor existing team members to build capabilities for existing and anticipated/planned SAP needs of customer

Experience

- Overall 12+ years of experience in SAP

- 4+ years of experience leading a SAP implementation or support team as delivery manager or architect

- 5+ years experience in ABAP development and implementation

- Experience with at least one S/4 implementation

Skill Sets

a) Skilled as manager/architect leading S/4 implementation

b) Technical skills in OO ABAP, Workflow, ABAP on HANA.

c) Functional familiarity with S/4 modules of Finance, HR, Logistics

d) Good understanding of S/4 functions and implementation methodology

e) Excellent client facing skills should be able to assist customers in planning S/4 migration and troubleshooting technical/functional/basis issues.

f) Excellent team leadership skills should be able to lead team upskilling programs, mentor and coach existing members, prepare team with right skill mix as per customer SAP roadmap.
