Key Responsibilities :
- Shape the company's overall business strategy and developing strategic plans and assessing company performance
- Lead, plan & execute existing initiatives & projects
- Researching, validating new product ideas, finding market opportunities, designing solutions, challenging assumptions, and running experiments to bring new products/solutions to life
- Work closely with the founders in scaling up business of the organisation
Key Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience with top management consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, TSMG etc
- Bachelor's/Master's/MBA from Tier I Institutes (IIT, IIM, ISB etc)
- Entrepreneurial Mindset to scout, create opportunities and build solutions, get things done.
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Well organised, detail-oriented, ability to multitask with great follow-up skills
- Impeccable communication skills
- Willingness to solve complex business problems
- Ability to innovate and set up processes
