Who we look for : - You have 2-7 years of experience within the FinTech industry, and have an insight on how it could be improved. - Your insight should be non-obvious. It should be surprising. Ask yourself, could someone outside of the industry have guessed this? If yes, you need to go back to the drawing board. - You are constantly frustrated by how your industry works or by how your vertical operates. You have tried to make changes where you work, but feel this has had insufficient impact - you're ready to change an entire industry. You're excited about bringing advanced technology to your industry. About the programme : The programme runs for 6 months, full-time in Bangalore. 1. For the first 3 months, we focus on helping you to find the right co-founder from a carefully selected pool of individuals and develop your idea. You are paid a monthly stipend of USD 2,000. 2. At the end of 3 months, you pitch to our Investment Committee to receive pre-seed funding of USD 55,000, and move onto the second phase of the programme. 3. The second phase of the programme is focused on preparing you to raise your next round of seed funding with external investors. 4. At the 6th month mark of the programme, we gather many established investors in our region on an Investor Day, to hear the companies pitch and help you raise seed investment from the world's best investors. - The next cohort starts in February 2021 and places are limited.
