CANDIDATES FROM CONSULTANCY COMPANY BACKGROUND AND HAS HANDLED INSURANCE CLIENTS ONLY NEED TO APPLY
- Required to grow the Insurance segment in the country.
- Demonstrates awareness of the segment and Analytics, is self-motivated and with an appetite for taking on challenging assignments and has experience of running complex sales cycles with good prospecting, qualifying and closing skills.
- Should have confidence and capabilities of interacting with C-Level Executives and be a team player to collaborate with internal/external resources to meet set objectives.
- Responsible for increasing the company presence in the Insurance segment with focus on adding new customers and achieving revenue targets.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Funnel Building Identifying & Qualifying Prospects (Self driven & with support from Inside Sales)
- Identifying driving factors in Insurance industry for Digital Transformation
- Map customer requirements to company solutions at a conceptual level
- Account mapping to understand selling/buying process and devise the account strategy
- Analyze sales options for accounts to maximize revenues (Enterprise Digital Solutions)
- Collaborate with Client Partner to assist with incremental revenues from existing customers in the segment
- Proactively collaborate with Pre-sales/Consulting/Legal/Product teams where required- internally
- Help to create digital strategies for driving company and solutions awareness in the industry with Marketing support
- Keep updated through research/self-learning on the trends in the industry
- Achieve Quarterly Revenue Targets
- Add new customers in Insurance Segment

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

- Strategic/Conglomerate Account Management Experience
- Sales Target Achievement in previous positions
