- Develop and manage relationships with enterprise business segment customers within specific industry segments for Pan India geography.
- Conduct planned outbound calls/e-mail campaigns to defined target industries with a focus on onboarding new customers
- Maintain up to date knowledge of competition, with a customer-first mentality
- Should be an excellent listener knows how to ask effective follow-on questions
- Capable of effectively explaining the product offering and solutioning as per specific customer requirements, and creating differentiated value propositions
- Operational responsibilities include accurate pipeline maintenance, and smooth and effective reporting
- Ensure daily updates of the revenue and sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to the leadership team on an ongoing basis using CRM.
- Work on supporting the lead generation campaigns, diversifying avenues for revenue as required
- Ability to juggle multiple targets from varied segments, and work in a highly ambiguous high growth start-up environment
- Effective in working under stress and turning it around into performance
