Enterprise Sales Role - IT (3-12 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and foster business growth.
- Identify and qualify leads, conduct market research, and actively prospect for new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in target organizations.
- Gain a deep understanding of client pain points and business needs related to customer experience and support operations, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address these challenges and deliver value.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our product to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, data scientists, and developers, to ensure seamless implementation and successful delivery of our solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with the client's requirements and objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and continually refine sales strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and regular pipeline updates to management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their long-term business goals, and offering ongoing support and guidance to maximize their success with our product.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on selling AI-powered CX & Support SaaS Solutions or related products.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- In-depth knowledge of AI technology, its applications in customer experience, and support operations, as well as a strong understanding of the CX industry landscape.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to understand complex client requirements and propose effective SaaS solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
