Job Responsibility :
- Articulate the clear goal and set Sales strategy to acquire Enterprise customers
- Define & drive strong B2B enterprise sales & achieve your targets
- Gather market and customer information to meet with potential prospects and focus on winning prospects
- Create, Build & grow strong sales pipeline with special focus on enterprise sales
- Should preferably have experience in SAAS HRTech Industry.
- Identifying the new business opportunities in various sectors & markets
- Identify competition and build proactive action plan
- Understand the Customer requirements and provide customized demonstration based on their requirements
- Work on Global RFPs & provide commercials to the customers & negotiate the terms of agreements
- Align with Customer Success & product team to derive the customer satisfaction
- Ensuring timely update on CRM. Ensure Forecast accuracy by effectively managing the pipeline
- Achieve quarterly & yearly targets & be part of high performing sales culture
- Drive customer retention & grow business with existing customers by upselling
Desired Skills :
- Tech savvy, self-starter and proven track record in B2B Enterprise Sales in a Start-up/Mid/large corporation
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales
- Proven record of achieving Sales Targets
- Exposure & Experience in global sales will be preferred
- Strong in driving SaaS matrix. Growth in Monthly Run Rate (MRR); Driven Customer Retention
- Consistent track record of achieving monthly/ quarterly / yearly sales targets
- Comfortable in an ambiguous and, fast paced and dynamic environment
