Enterprise Sales Manager - IT (10-15 yrs)
- Setout and implement the strategy to drive Key Business in the assigned region
- Achieving Business targets (Order inflow, Sales, Margins, Collections) - Quarterly & yearly targets on a consistent basis
- Driving engagement and build relationship with enterprise customers, Nodal agencies, Consultants, local Managed / Cloud Service Providers, local SI's and technology OEM ecosystem.
- Experience in handling Enterprise Customers as well as Public Sectors.
- Understand and fully map the customer landscape for the assigned territory
- Drive large solutions led ICT project sales in IT, Communications, Surveillance, Smart AMI/Utility, Data centre, Cloud infra services, Cyber Security and Managed Services segments
- Willingness/flexibility for extensive travelling
- Collaborate with Projects / Implementation and relevant teams to drive customer satisfaction and address escalations.
- Facilitate intra departmental support for Sales deliverables viz. pre-sales, bid managements, SCM, Finance etc.
- Reporting accurate forecasting and performance metrics to key internal stakeholders, highlighting revenue risks and opportunities
- Should possess experience / exposure to large Enterprise Customers, State Government Agencies, various ministries
- Law Enforcement Agencies, Discom, State IT Nodal Agencies , Consultants etc. in designated territories
- Have complete understanding of the ICT Industry Eco System including upcoming technologies, OEM's, Distributors,
- Managed Service Providers, Local SI's, Telecom Service providers, Cloud Service providers etc.
- Hard core sales professional with strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and deal closing skills
- Should have sound technical knowledge and experience in Smart cities /Network infrastructure /Data centre /Cloud Infra Services/ Security and Surveillance systems/Large Telecom/Smart Grid and AMI solutions/ICT solution driven projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Should be able to create new opportunities and drive business growth along with eco-system partners
- Experience in Consultative and solution Sales with right bent of Pre-sales and commercial management skills
