Key Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue for Solutions through enterprise sales i.e. in retail, hospitality and other commercial set ups
- Build and manage sales pipeline working closely with the demand generation team and the partner ecosystem.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying the leads to progressing the opportunity and closing the sale.
- Get a deep understanding of the customer's business challenges, their impact and how our offerings can help overcome the challenges.
- Engage closely with the solution delivery/implementation team to help determine the best implementation method and project plan during the Sales process.
- Be an excellent team player to orchestrate effective collaboration among all teams for ensuring customer success.
Qualifications & Experience :
- 4-6 years of B2B sales experience in selling enterprise solutions
- Preferably, the candidate should have an experience of selling to Retail and Hospitality segments in the Northern/ Southern region of India.
- Experience in hunting and selling to large enterprises in general
- Proven record of driving results in a goal oriented, highly accountable, sales environment
- Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic and at times, ambiguous environment
- Has the ability to converse at any level within the customer organization (CXO/ Business/Department Heads)
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset, forward thinking and decision making skills
- Preferable to have a Bachelor's degree in engineering
Must Have Skills :
- Should be an excellent negotiator
- Possess Product/ solution selling experience to large and medium sized Retail customers.
