A Candidate who have handled Hardware, Software & Connectivity for IOT
- Driving and managing the entire P&L for the practice i.e. resource wise, productivity wise, segment wise and region wise.
- Own and control entire practice of sales and operation workflow in coordination with respective stakeholders.
- Managing relationship with Strategic alliances with all Large Corporate's at higher authority.
- Mapping the Buying Centre to get clear visibility of Total Telco. Spend IOT and prepare strategy accordingly.
- Enhance owns exposure on new innovative technologies upcoming in the market to provide cost effective solution to customers and enhance productivity for both customer and organization.
- Implementing variety of sales Strategies, Tactics and Training for sales team to create a level of support and service that meet or exceed their sales targets.
- Preparing, managing and controlling Quarterly Cycle Count Schedule ensuring that all regions are covered once in a quarter.
- Maintaining EBITDA also increasing market share wallet in the Existing & Targeted Segment wise customers.
- Timely clearance of Risk Inventory.
- Work in collaboration with the various departments to manage the Large Accounts i.e. Solution, Marketing, Finance, Pre-Sales, Be-Spoke, EBO, Credits & Collection, Network, Back Office etc.
