Enterprise Sales Manager - HCM Products (5-20 yrs)
As a part of the tapplent team, you'll play an active role in branding and creating a greater market reach of our next-gen workforce technology products. We're looking for seasoned sales go-getters having excellent skills to add to our team.

What are we looking for?
1. Exceeding quotas year on year and building successful client sales organizations.
2. The ability to consult with clients, advising on better HR technology and systems.
3. Experience in managing large-scale enterprise deals, and Stakeholder Management.
4. Sound experience in managing SaaS products, and/or deep understanding of consulting environment, especially in people or business domain.
5. A passion for building organization, scale, and team, self-charged, and the entrepreneur mindset.
6. Executive gravitas and understanding selling to the c-suite.
7. Ability to drive results by increasing revenue and sales productivity throughout a territory.
8. Go-getter and also demonstrated success in building sales teams.
9. Smart, lively, competitive sales professional/leader who is capable of building a repetitive well-oiled sales machine.
10. Someone who is action-oriented and "leads from the front".
11. Analytical thinker who can make swift decisions adapt to changes while staying the course and delivering results.
12. Bachelor's in engineering and/or Master's degree in business, sales, or related field.
