Enterprise Risk Management & Asset Management/Credit Underwriting
1. To provide insights and support the ERM formulation & implementation process.
- Review & Preparation of Process & Policies, Risk Registers
- Monitoring of Risk Vectors
- Preparation of Dashboards for presentation to Senior Management
- Engaging with Internal and External Stakeholders/Consultants for imbibing best practices from the Industry peers
- Tracking Actionable & Milestones for the Exceptions raised and presenting to Senior Management
2. Asset Management & Credit Underwriting
- Reviewing and approving the criteria and processes by which the risks associated with new credit investments, are assessed and managed
- Facilitating continuous monitoring, reviewing, and recommending action on significant risk issues, trends, practices, and loss events.
- Monitoring of Post Disbursal Conditions, Covenants & EoD's
- Monitoring of Collateral covers
- Reporting of items to Group
- Preparing the Risk Pack for Board Meetings/Quarterly Operating Reviews
- Assisting the risk analysts for Credit Underwriting
