Be primarily responsible for hunting new business for Meal Card & Gift Card in enterprise accounts (MNC's & PSU- s)
- Identify new business opportunities and setting up daily meetings
- Develop clear road map to target new markets and clients in key verticals/segments, selection of prospective clients
- Constantly find organizations using a similar solution, identify their current pain points and reach out to them in a jiffy
- Spend considerable time in being up to date with the competitors landscape & industry trends
- Evaluate various channels & methodologies to build up a strong pipeline to exceed quarterly business targets through new and organic, cross and up sell
- Smooth on-boarding of clients and implementation of solution
- Execute the complete acquisition, closure & sign up formalities (Contract Signing)
- Create revenue forecasts, in conjunction with the executive team
- Interaction with the clients on regular basis to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship
It's essential that you:
- Have 2-6 years of B2B Sales experience in a SaaS or software company.
- Have a proven track record of working in a customer facing role
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Are self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas & flexible approach to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
- Demonstrate diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
