Enterprise Application Leader - SAP ECC/HANA - Pharma Domain (13-17 yrs)
Objective:
Head the Enterprise Application Suite including SAP
Job Description and Briefing
- Lead a team of Executives
- Develop an Application Rationalization Plan as per the application Roadmap
- Rationalize Business Process and system gaps
- Assess Manufacturing and create a Digital Road Map to create the Next-Generation Manufacturing facilities
- Create Criteria and Timelines for all applications to be Digital
- Manage Multiple Programs
- Work closely with the Chief Information Officer's office and engage with multiple stakeholders within an outside the Company
Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering and or Computer Applications
- Experience range of around 13 to 16 years into Managing the Enterprise IT function of a Large Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences Organization
- Essential Skills would be SAP ECC, SAP HANA
- Exposure to Custom Applications, familiarity with Enterprise Applications landscape, Application
Performance Optimization
- SAP Program Management
- SAP Application hands on exp
- Web Applications
- Any other third-party application experience, preferably in the Pharma Domain or any domain involving USFDA engagement
- Exposure to SAP, Planvisage and similar interfacing applications
- Ability to Manage distributed teams of Managers and Executives
- Should be able to do Executive Reporting and effectively engage with C Level decision-makers
- Exposure to IT Audit and drive Systems and Processes to ensure Verifiability of details and Spot IT Audits
- Good Exposure to Application Development and Maintenance
- Familiar with IT Budgeting and effectively articulating changes
