Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5-8 yrs. exp.

Education: MBA -Sales / Marketing- Tier 1/Tier 11 Colleges

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. We are a fast-growing Software testing firm. Qualification & Required Skills

- Post graduate- MBA- Sales & Marketing- Tier 1/Tier 11 colleges

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- High learnability with positive attitude and Team player

- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

- Proven sales track record

- Experience in account management and client relationship management is a must

- Expert in handling multiple clients including exposure to large enterprise clients with negotiation skills

- Expert in MS power point, excel, word, CRM software

- Time management and planning skills

- Strong experience in working with enterprises

- Willing to work in startups

Responsibilities

- Proven working experience as a business development, sales executive or a relevant role

- Expert in handling multiple clients including exposure to large enterprise clients with negotiation skills

- Responsible for Business Development activities, Business growth, Pipeline generation, Market analysis, building Sales strategies and defining targets for Revenue generation

- Responsible for end-to-end sales cycle and closure

- Prior Testing sales experience is required

- Account management and mining for business growth
