This is a P&amp;L Management role for south region for retail business of Entero Healthcare Key Responsibilities : - Assist business head in driving Growth initiatives, Sales &amp; Profitability of Business Unit - Formulating growth strategies and assisting teams in designing and testing new business processes and capabilities - Provide strategic support and data analysis to ensure smooth running of the operations and on-time delivery of key projects - Identifying and monitoring key focus areas in different business units/cities - Reviewing business performance on periodic basis, and presenting recommendations and progress on planned initiatives to the management - Work Closely with city leaders to identify business growth levers and collectively implement the same - Keep a track on the competition and have critical knowledge about the developments happening in the pharmaceutical distribution space - Work closely with technology team to implement tech initiatives and drive business benefits from the same Qualification &amp; Experience : - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, especially with senior leadership &amp; city leaders - Proven Project Management &amp; multitasking ability and be able to execute tasks showing tangible results - Should have prior experience in either retail, e-commerce or pharmaceutical industry - MBA from tier 1/2 institute with 1-5 years of experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) Job Location : Bangalore/Mumbai
