Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead and interact with team of analysts to support analytical activities across different projects and to proactively identify & address current process improvement opportunities.

- Effectively contribute to proposal development and new business initiatives evaluation.

- Play key role in automation feasibility assessment and preparing automation framework.

- Develop solution to transform raw automation engine output to more meaningful & accurate Customer consumable output.

- Effectively manage customer expectations during automation ramp-up, ensure zero escalation & positive customer feedback.

- Identify potential cost reduction opportunities and actionable insights through development of Analytical framework.

- Create and deliver weekly/monthly reports/analysis showing key KPIs/metrics and highlight improvement opportunities.

- Cater to ad-hoc analytics requests from client with accuracy and within given SLA.

Skills required :

- Proficient with SQL and MS Excel, VBA.

- Good with data visualization and PPT preparation.

- Good knowledge of data warehousing concepts.

- Gather, document and analyze business needs and requirements.

- Interact with external clients, internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.

- Excellent verbal communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Qualification : Graduates in any discipline (B.E/B.Tech, Graduation).
