Entent Digital Intelligence - CoFounder - Sales & Marketing (7-20 yrs)
We are looking for a sales and marketing Co-Founder to lead our team in all sales and marketing operations. We are a MarTech startup in beta to market phase with MVP and ongoing POCs. So if you are someone who likes the challenges then it is a wonderful opportunity to partner a ground breaking start up and be part of the journey almost from the scratch.
Some of the tasks awaiting you:
Enterprise Direct Sales:
- Identify marketing channels and develop & execute marketing strategies to approach right people to market our products.
- Identify and Engage with relevant business to convert them into long term contracts.
- Meet the sales targets by actively developing and converting the leads
- Develop long term relationships with clients and engage to find out their pain points and develop marketing strategies
- Work with operations in converting the sales and reducing the sales cycle for revenue generation.
Partner Sales:
- Identify potential partners and develop partner network.
- Develop strategies for successful partnership.
- Actively gather feed back from partners and work with other teams in incorporating the feedback.
Others:
- Develop smart strategies for easy conversions.
- Develop sales teams with excellent talent and attitude.
- Develop sales network and partner network.
- Develop Organizational strategies with operations and product teams for successful development while solving for overall business challenges.
- Represent the organization in all its marketing and sales activities.
Skill Set:
- Prior experience in developing start ups from scratch (in enterprise sales and marketing.)
- Preferably, Experience in selling marketing technology, SaaS, PaaS to MNCs but not mandatory.
- Experience in technology sales is beneficial.
- Ability to think out of box to drive sales and be a growth hacker.
- Ability to motivate teams in the ups and lows of startup journey.
- Understanding of products like clickstream, analytics, marketing tags etc for usecases like behavioural analysis, campaign optimisation, product optimisation, retargeting and lead funnel optimisation.
- Team player with strong networking attitude and a go getter.
