Position - Growth Manager

Reports To: the brand and the customers. The Founders will be there to help, but you need to get your own ideas to execute and quick.

Responsibilities -

- Scale the transactions at current locations. Launch in new locations. The work will involve Revenue Generation, logistics, cost management, Sales targets, marketing initiatives, people management and finally, whatever else you want to take on..

- Good knowledge of operations, quantitative and qualitative techniques, proficiency with numbers, passion for speed, growth and efficiency shall help.

- One, you went to a well-known institute for a technical/ management degree to please your parents/Partner, but spent the time waiting to get your hands dirty in a shop-floor.
