Responsibilities :

- Creating Digital Marketing Strategies to optimize online traffic to the companys website

- Taking care of all Digital Marketing Components from SEO, SMM, SEM to content marketing and SEO Copywriting.

- Creating effective SMM strategies to create a brand awareness in different social media channels

- Ensuring better user experience on the companys website including responsive design, engaging content and us

- Evaluating Digital Marketing strategies and success ratio of competitors for creating Digital Marketing plans to overtake them

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- Create and implement PR strategy with in-house team and external partners.

Requirements :

- Bachelor/Master's degree in Sales and Marketing from "A" School will be given preference

- Proven working experience in digital marketing

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
