Roles & Responsibilities : - Create, develop, manage and drive the entire "Operations, Credit Line Management & Customer Service" department - Responsible for managing the related technology system, team, infrastructure and competence development and improvement - Create systems, process, team and infra to Aid in smooth processing and ultimately effective flow of all transactions. - Ensure effective adherence to the operations policies as laid down by the company and as per the regulatory and legal frame work. - Custodian and owner of all the "Operation" policies and manuals and their effective and timely updation, compliance and implementation. - Ensure that all customer engagements and interactions happen as per set guidelines and framework, including timelines. - Create proper check and balances and reporting.
