About EnKash : - Enkash is a B2B payments company. It became operational in 2018 and was founded by three co-founders who were previously part of the Citrus Pay/PayU CXO team (ex-Head of Sales and ex-CTO). Enkash has developed its own payments network/platform which allows corporates to make payments using their corporate credit cards provided by banks for accounts payables. The platform is designed such that the transaction is processed without going through Visa/Mastercard. This platform also allows vendors to accept payments from corporates through a commercial card without needing a payment gateway integration. The Company has so far onboarded over 100 corporates customers and onboarded over 24,000 vendors on the platform. - In addition to this, the Company has launched its own commercial credit card targeted towards SMEs and startups to whom banks will not provide a commercial credit card. These smaller companies require cards to make payments for their social media spend, cloud spend, etc. This is similar to Brex in the US. Through the vendor onboarding by corporates, the company gets access to customers to whom it can issue its own cards at virtually no CAC and with the transaction data from corporates to vendors, the company gets rich data which allows it to underwrite these vendors. Eventually the idea is to get data on the entire chain of transactions originating from corporate to vendor at level 4, 5 or 6 which cannot be catered to by the banks and hence enables Enkash to underwrite the entire value chain. Job brief : - We are looking for a Head of Collections &amp; Fraud Control Unit who excels in a fast paced environment, has handled collections for unsecured business loans, SME Loans or corporate/commercial cards with an Fintech/NBFC or a large retail bank. We would love to hear from you if you are great at : - Setting up the entire Collections &amp; Fraud Control process and design effective policies and processes setting up robust fraud management and operations practices to reduce delinquency ratios. - Building a robust Collections function from scratch including the team. - Managing end to end collections for the unsecured lending business along with managing relationship with all key stakeholders in the SME Finance &amp; Corporate Cards industry - Working closely with credit, risk and policy teams to facilitate business growth. - Managing customer queries and complaints with an efficient redressal mechanism in place. - Monitoring delinquency &amp; taking corrective action - Minimizing Fraud risks by constantly evaluating process gaps and provide suggestions for improvising risk policy. - Team Management &amp; Training new team members. You would be a perfect fit if you : - Have at least 10 to 15 years of experience working with a fintech, NBFC or large retail bank in unsecured SME lending collections - Have strong end to end collections experience in unsecured retail assets segment with understanding of credit appraisal cycle, underwriting, fraud management and operations. - Have strong presentation and communication skills and prior experience in a leadership role is a must - Possess strong analytical acumen, eye to details and interpersonal skills
