IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS :

- Enhance IT is looking for a Senior Stock Options Trader to work directly with our CEO. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience along with success as an options trader within the United States.

- You will be responsible for trading the relevant Index, Fixed Income or Commodity options book listed on US exchanges, improve trading strategies, and identify new opportunities.

Qualities that make great candidates:

- Experienced options market maker with the ability, passion and drive to build and expand a successful personal trading portfolio.

- Proven track record of successful P & L, and risk ownership on a high-volume options market making.

- Excellent understanding of the systematic and discretionary considerations involved in the risk management of an options book.

- Experience in taking down orders originating on screen, or via the phone.

- Expertise in capitalizing on opportunities that arise around events or other sources of price dislocation.

- Familiarity in the use, monitoring and optimization of a high-performance execution system.

- Exposure to the study of market microstructure and the low-level analysis of trade executions

- An ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Required:

- Minimum of seven years of experience in an institutional trading role.

- Intrinsic interest in investing and general knowledge of investment types, industry best practices, equity markets, trade cost analysis, and applicable regulations.

- Must be highly detail oriented.

- Proficient in Excel and can easily operate multiple software systems simultaneously.

- Highly adaptable and able to approach high pressure situations in an even-tempered manner.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education: College degree in Accounting, business, or other related fields
