Accounting & Control - To provide financial control across operations and ensure risks and potential risks are identified and mitigated. 2. Ensuring timely processing of claims, raise A&P related issues with the Operations team 3. Ensuring trade investment spends are in line with the approved Annual Operating plan between the operations and business partners 4. Monthly P & L Reporting, Annual Budgets, Quarterly Forecasts 5. Relevant & timely MIS for the management 6. Ensuring Process & Policy compliance to mitigate any governance, risk and compliance issues 7. Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure 8. Preparing income, cash flow and expenditure statements 9. Any other ad-hoc reports as required 10. Team Management Job Specification : 1. CA - with 3 to 5 year experience candidate to apply 2. FMCG, Consumer Goods and Retail experience candidates will be given preference 3. Must be proficient in MS Excel - Advanced, should have good Power-Point presentation skills. 4. Experience in working on BI tools will be an added advantage 5. Must have experience of working in Tier 1 ERP, preferably Oracle
