Engineering Manager - Startup

As an Engineering manager,

- You not only have the technical chops to roll up sleeves and provide

- Technical leadership to major projects, but also build and manage a team of 4-5 top notch engineers.

- You not only optimize your own code but make sure engineers are able to optimize theirs. As an Engineering Manager you'll manage your business goals, contribute to product strategy and help develop your team.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience with a product-based building software using Java/Python/Django.

- Experience in people management and track record of successfully leading and growing engineering teams.

- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

- Track record of collaborating effectively with multiple cross-functional teams across geographies.

Responsibilities:

- Assist and Guide to build a new server and data processing infrastructure to help us handle an ever-increasing amount of data.

- You will be setting up servers, building APIs

- You will be working on both our back-end and front-end deployments(majorly Backend)
